World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The upgrade for an item is an enchantment which increases the base stats of specific weapons or armor. This includes tertiary statistics like Leech and Speed.
A special item for evolution that allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2. This item can be found at Pokestops or Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be applied to any type of equipment and provide smaller bonuses compared to other components that are specific to the type of equipment.
Leveling
The upgrade system lets players improve items by increasing their level. The level increase also boosts the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Each level upgrade increases the stats of the item by 3 and gives an additional bonus based on the level of the item. These extras range from a +3 bonus to +1, to an unspecified buff.
Each item is limited to a specific amount of upgrades. After the upgrade, the item can be changed to a higher-leveled item that is of equal or greater value.
This method is beneficial for players who wish to acquire equipment that has a specific amount of stats prior to acquiring an item that is new. Transfer systems allow players to not waste upgrade material and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials can be gathered by a player as they clear content. They are then used to improve or replace an item. Every item requires a specific kind of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. The materials are named after when the item is upgraded, for example Stone Fragments become Stones and Harmony Shards become Life Shards.
Item upgrade is important to improve the performance of a character however it is crucial to take into consideration the cost before making any upgrades. The cost of upgrading an item could be a significant amount of gold, which could be better used to purchase new gear. This is why it's a good idea to upgrade the most crucial items in any given scenario.
This implies upgrading the weapon, then the chest, legs and helm. If the player is able to afford it, upgrading trinkets should also be considered at this point to increase their potential for procs. For instance, a premium Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading to get more damage that its procs can bring. However, some trinkets are not worth upgrading in the absence of significant improvements for a specific build. This is particularly true of some breakpoint gear that are used to calculate high-value stats such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method that allows players to change stats on a weapon, rings, or armor depending on the type of item. item upgrades can be used to add new bonuses or replace existing ones. It can also be used to change the item's power base.
Rerolling is a great method to boost your strength in the early stages however it's not essential. When you reach your goal of upgrading to level 6, it's usually best to reroll and find the most effective upgrades or save up funds to buy the next set of items. This will help you have a strong team by the time you reach the level 9 upgrade goal.
The process of rerolling is similar to the level up system. You can use reroll tokens to remove any one Level Up option from your item and swap it for another. Reroll tokens, unlike Level Up do not reset the item's level. This means that, when you reroll an upgraded item, it will not be at the same level and not have its bonus.
Players can also use a special mechanic, Eliminate, which will remove any level Up option they have on their weapons or equipment. This is beneficial when you have a bad gacha or you want to reroll an item that has five stars. You'll need to create a brand new account or sign in via social media.
In every town, you can visit an Occultist to alter the Aspects or the stats of a weapon or armor. This is useful if you have a five-star unit you'd like to make better, or if you have an elite four-star character that you're struggling with.
Another method of rerolling an item is to use the rerolling tokens earned by completing quests. These can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold or they can be found in the holozon containers that are dropped after having completed certain dungeons. You can roll any armor, weapon or ring by moving the icon on the page of your unit and locking the lock to the desired slot.

Sets
A set is a set of items that have a certain amount of similarity. You use sets every day for things like a dozen eggs or a set of friends. They are useful because they allow you to organize things, and operations like intersection, union and difference can help you manage them efficiently. Sets can be used in a variety of different ways, ranging from organizing music on a playlist to assigning students grades.
In Nioh the game, players utilize sets to offer special effects for players who wear certain pieces of an Armor Set. These bonuses are called Set Bonuses, and they can be superior to Effects. While it's not explained in-universe why the armor sets have to be worn together to produce these additional effects, they provide some variety when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses can be found numerous locations around Hyrule, such as the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Each piece of equipment in the Set includes a set of Set Bonuses associated with it. The tooltip on the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are available. Set Bonuses are displayed in a box that has the red border.
Some of these set bonuses are only available to certain pieces of equipment. For instance, if you purchase the full Phantom Armor set you will get +8 defense (compared to the standard +3 defense included in the majority of gear). Other sets are available only by completing certain quests or purchasing them through the Auction House.
It is possible to earn Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. For instance, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the parts that match from the Twinblade of Shadow you will be eligible for the + version the bonus set when you match it.
Set Bonuses are the same, even if the equipment to which they are connected level up. If an item is exemplarized to levels that are not enough the set bonus will stop working.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects which can appear on an item set, and provide an advantage to the player in combat. They offer a specific percentage of a particular attribute, such as defenses, weapon damage, or resistances. They do not stack however, only one of them will work at any time. The amount of a stat is determined by the number of pieces of the set are used that is, you can have three chests, one armour and four weapons for instance, but only the one with the most bonus will benefit you.
In general, they increase the primary stat of a piece, however they also boost secondary stats also. Defence bonuses increase three defenses for each position and two typed defenses such as, for instance, a full five piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of around 400 defence in your equipment. This is a large increase in your gear, especially as a melee character.
This is an excellent feature, and is among the most popular in the game. There are currently only a few gear sets have set bonuses, and they're only available in the Test Realm, but expect this number to increase once the update is live. The bonus will be added to the 7 school-specific Dragoons gear, as an example.
Set bonuses cannot be stacked within a set however they can stack across sets. This is great for those who wish to utilize the most optimal combination of sets. It does require some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, therefore you should be aware when placing them.
It is important to note that the amount of the bonus of a set will not change regardless of whether your exemplar level is more than three levels lower than the minimum allowed for an enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets, PvP sets and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this restriction, and their set bonuses work regardless of the level of the item's exemplar.
